ECO VILLAGE

Latvia understands the importance of sustainable design and the preservation of its natural resources. This is demonstrated by Latvia’s abundant reserves, parks, forests, and nature monuments. This project will focus on the idea of eco tourism by promoting the importance of conservation and sustainable design. It is designed to be off-grid and to have as little impact on the environment as possible. The buildings are arranged in a manner that creates a small village. This “eco village” will serve as an educational tool as well as a gathering place for meditation, yoga and other events that help promote a connection with nature.
