Gronning Architects worked with Sofive Soccer Centers as the architect of record on two new locations in Rockville and Columbia, MD. The project involved outfitting two 50,000sf warehouses to house eight turf fields suitable for 5-on-5 games. The program also included locker rooms, a cafe, and a social lounge area equipped with tables, chairs, and televisions capable of hosting parties and other events. The centers are open five days a week for adult and youth leagues, tournaments, camps, and off season training expos. Both projects were completed on time and on budget.
