L STREET

Atlas Development Group hired Gronning Architects to design a series of two unit condominiums on L St. NE. The design features expansive kitchens with large islands, high end appliances, and carrera marble countertops, exquisitely detailed bathrooms, floor to ceiling windows, and custom steel and wood stairs/handrails. The project was completed in 2018 and is 100% sold as of April 2019.
