THE LANSBURGH

Gronning Architects was selected as the architect for the renovation of the Historic Lansburgh building, The Lansburgh is a 460,000 SF high-end, short term rental building, located in the central business district of Washington. This project includes the complete renovation of 385 existing apartments, the replacement of all windows, the renovation of the 8th street lobby and common building facilities. All work is taking place while the building remains occupied. This project is currently under the second of four phases of construction.
